Understanding the “Earning Details” Section in Your Order Summary

When you view an individual order in your Provider Portal, you’ll see a section titled Earning Details. This section breaks down the financials for each order and helps you understand how your earning is calculated.

💰 Gross

Definition: The total amount paid by the buyer at checkout.

Note: This includes VAT (if applicable), depending on your VAT registration status.

💳 Transaction Fee

Definition: A fee deducted from the gross amount to cover payment processing costs.

  • 3% for card payments
  • 6% for Buy Now, Pay Later payments (e.g., Klarna)

This fee ensures we can securely process payments and manage refunds or disputes if needed.

📉 Net

Definition: The amount remaining after the transaction fee has been deducted from the gross.

Formula:
Net = Gross – Transaction Fee

📥 Your Earning

Definition: This is the final amount scheduled to be paid to you. It’s calculated after all platform deductions, including the Marketplace Fee, and includes any VAT (if applicable) that you must report to HMRC.

Keep in mind:
If an order is refunded or adjusted, your earning may change accordingly. In some cases, such as a full refund, your earning may become a negative value if fees have already been processed.
